African Rubber (TSR10)
African Rubber (TSR10) is characterized by high elasticity, strength, and elongation. It is resistant to wear, tearing, impact, oil, acids, alkalis, and corrosion. Additionally, it has excellent insulation, sealing, flexibility, and adhesiveness. Its primary applications include tires and conveyor belts.
Malaysian SMR Standard Rubber
The raw material for Malaysian SMR standard rubber is white crepe, originating from Malaysia, with a golden-yellow color and few impurities. It has high tensile strength, excellent tear resistance and abrasion resistance, and outstanding processability and plasticity, with good tensile and elastic properties. It is used in tread rubber, conveyor belts, airplane tires, and other rubber products.
Synthetic Rubber
SBR: Good heat resistance, aging resistance, and wear resistance, mainly used in pneumatic tires, followed by rubber shoes, hoses, tapes, rollers, cloth, and model products, such as vacuum cleaner seals.
BR: Good elasticity, low-temperature resistance, and wear resistance. Primarily used in tire manufacturing and also in making wear-resistant products (such as rubber shoes, rollers), cold-resistant products, and shock-absorbing products.
Malaysian mixed adhesive
Malaysian mixed rubber typically contains 95% -99.5% natural rubber, with the addition of small amounts of components such as stearic acid, styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, zinc oxide, carbon black, or plasticizers. This high-performance rubber material is widely used in industries such as tire manufacturing to meet strict requirements for wear resistance and durability.
Thai mixed adhesive
Thai mixed rubber refers to a material made by adding a certain proportion of synthetic rubber and natural rubber to rubber products. It is widely used in tire manufacturing and other industrial fields due to its excellent physical and chemical properties.
Laotian natural rubber
Laos is one of the important participants in the global natural rubber industry. The rubber in the country is mainly produced in the northern and central regions, thanks to the suitable climate and soil conditions there. With the increasing global demand for natural rubber, the rubber industry supported by the Lao government is continuously expanding
